• Our time together kicks off with a 90 minute coaching call via Zoom. I’ll be in touch to schedule this as soon as your payment comes through.

• During our call, we’ll dive into whatever you want and need, from working on body empowerment to wedding dress and styling tips. My goal is to help you transform your thinking about yourself and your body so you have a clear plan for what needs to get done and what needs to shift so that you know how to finally start feeling good and looking good in your skin, so that you show up on your wedding day as the true you. The you that you have been hiding because you are scared and fearful of what people really think about you. But it's your time to take your power back and become that confident, self worthy and empowered person you've always wanted to be.  (I work quickly.)

•  For the following 14 days, you’ll have text and audio access to me via Voxer. Whether you want to have me get you out of your own head and help you make a decision, want help picking out the best outfit or dress, need to talk through that negative self talk that keeps haunting you, or just want to vent about a crappy day or situation, I’m a button away to make sure you are supported and guided in the right direction.

• (I check Voxer and respond to clients about 2-3 times per day, Monday - Friday. Saturday’s and Sunday’s will not count towards your 14 days.)
